    A survivor and LGBTQ+ led organization, Prism Community Collective is a central hub and resource center to those affected by the Club Q tragedy, including the greater LGBTQ+ community. Resources include a free searchable database of inclusive health care professionals who prioritize LGBTQ+ individuals and their unique needs.  Operates under the leadership of Community Health Partnership.

    The Place is dedicated exclusively to serving youth experiencing homelessness. The comprehensive programs cater to individuals aged 15 to 24, providing access to shelter, housing, education, employment support, healthcare, case management, life skills courses, and meals.  The Place offers a pathway to exit homelessness, to self-sufficiency and success.
